Fourth of July is a great excuse to wear red, white and blue and really get creative. Now being creative is one thing, but coming out looking like an art project is another. I’m going to show you how-to do a fourth of July makeup look, tastefully. Using Lipsi’s Mediterranean Palette you can get a subtle light blue smokey eye, that wont completely over power a bold red lip. You can use Lipsi’s Buttery Bliss Lipstick in either Siren or Combustion, on the model we’ve used combustion and it looks amazing with the eyeshadow.
